A 5 minute meditation. This is your pause button. Five minutes to step away from the noise, the rush and the demands - and just breathe. You don’t need to solve anything right now. Just give yourself permission to stop,  focus on your breath, and come back to yourself.

Get comfortable and close your eyes.


Start to focus on your breathing - in through your nose and out through your mouth.


Just let everything go. For five minutes.


Every time a thought comes up, blow it away on your breath. And return your focus to the music.


Follow the music and your breath, and release everything else.


This is your time.
