I felt a hell of a lot better for having let myself get a little creative this morning instead of playing Sudoku on my sodding phone.

The pandemic, breast cancer, perimenopause, leaving my second marriage and moving back to the UK after 20 years in Canada have all smacked me around the head and said: "What the bloody hell are you doing?".
